*Recommendation letter or copy of official college updated registration is required.
The full registration fee for participants includes: delivery of the conference materials, copy of XRS special issue, free admissions to welcome reception and conference excursion. For accompanying persons, it will cover the attendance at welcome reception and conference trip, as well as the especial excursions to nearby interesting locations.
Registration grants may be available for a very limited number of participants. They are intended for junior
researchers, graduate students, post-docs, and attendees from developing countries.
Registration fee payment methods
• Bank transfer to Sociedad Mexicana de Física. The transfer fees charged by the bank must be paid by the attendant.
• Credit card (Preferably MasterCard or Visa). A 5% fee must be added by the attendant, charged by the credit card companies.
• Cash during registration at the Conference site.
Registration and Payment Form must be downloaded. After filling the form, it must be faxed both to the Organizing Committee and the Sociedad Mexicana de Fisica offices.
