The conference fee of 420 USD includes registration, round trip transportation Mexico City - Cocoyoc (about an hour and a half road trip), all the meals during the meeting, and a publication on the conference proceedings. Accompanying persons pay 120 USD.

Students affiliated to Mexican Universities and Research Institutes can apply for economical support to cover registration and lodging expenses. Unfortunately, due to budgetary constraints, there are no funds available to support travel, lodging, registration fee, or other local expenses of other participants.
