When arriving to Mexico City, it is strongly recommended to take an OFFICIAL (authorized) airport taxi to the hotel. Tickets for these taxis can be bought at the ticket booths inside the airport.

On Monday (Jan/9th) morning, participants will be transported by bus from the Hotel Ritz Ciudad de México (Fracisco I. Madero 30 Centro Histórico, 06000 Mexico City) to the Hotel Hacienda Cocoyoc. The bus is scheduled to leave the Hotel at 10:00 AM and there will be other 2 stops: one at "Parque Hundido" around Plaza Dolores del Río (Insurgentes Sur S/N, Mexico City), and second at "Estadio Olimpico Ciudad Universitaria, UNAM" (Av. de los Insurgentes Sur S/N, C.U., Coyoacán, 04510 Mexico City), at around 10:30 AM and 10:45 AM, respectively (depending on the traffic). On Thursday (Jan/12th) afternoon, the bus will depart towards Mexico City at around 3:00 PM.

People who arrive too late for the bus can take a taxi to the Hotel Hacienda Cocoyoc (about 2400 MXP with official airport taxi).
