The Jorge Lomnitz Adler Prize in Non-Linear Dynamics was established in 1996, by common agreement of the Institute of Physics of UNAM and the Mexican Academy of Sciences with the objective of distinguishing the notable contributions of national scientists to the modern field of Non-Linear Dynamics. The prize is awarded annually and consists of a diploma and a monetary contribution.
