URGENT COMMUNICATION

Dear Colleagues,

As in the Bologna Conference, the manuscripts of the contributions will be submitted on line to Elsevier. The process will start November 9, 2011, and will be closed December 18, 2011.

Manuscript Preparation

Authors are kindly invited to prepare their manuscripts according to the instructions provided by Elsevier in Preparation of Manuscripts and Template .doc.

REMINDER:Max Length for oral and poster contributions: 4 pages
Max Length for invited lecture contributions : 6 pages

The manuscripts must be submitted in single-column format (the type-setting template is only supplied to estimate the final length of the paper).

The manuscripts should be preferably typewritten using MS Word, with a line spacing of 1.5 throughout, i.e. also for abstracts, footnotes and references. This will facilitate the referees' evaluation.

It is requested that you ensure the proper length of your article. Manuscripts should not exceed 4 (6 for invited lectures) printed pages (i.e. the equivalent of 4000 (6000 for invited lectures) words, including figures, tables and references).

For your guidance: each single-column figure and table is approximately equivalent to 150 words; each double-column figure and table is approximately equivalent to 400 words.

Tables and illustrations should never be included in the text. Each table should be placed on a separate page at the end of the manuscript. Each illustration should be submitted individually online, preferably as JPG or TIFF files.

The manuscripts can be accepted in M.S. Word or in Latex.

PLEASE NOTE THAT AFTER THE DEALINE NO CONTRIBUTIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED.

To ensure that all manuscripts are correctly identified for inclusion into the special issue you are editing, it is important that authors select

"Article Type" Special Issue : 25th ICNTS when they reach the step in the submission process.
